$915 for a one bedroom in Culver City. It's about 800 sq feet with a car port.

I love this area! I grew up and went to middle and high school here. Very safe, it's like living in the foothill area. I have access to both 405 and 10 frwy. It's not crowded, and I'm about 10 minutes from the beach, and it takes me 20 minutes to get anywhere. I love it here.

not really technically LA but in South Pas $1300 with 2 parking spots and a dog. i know, it's kinda a lot but all the other places that take dogs only take dogs under 20 lbs or some shit.

That is not alot. I have a one bedroom that I pay way more than that for. I mean way more. South Pasadena is a good area I think. I gotta start looking around for some deals. Craigslist? Or did you just walk around and find it?

we looked on craigslist and drove around the area.

if you pay way more than that for a one bedroom, i think it's time you found yourself a new place unless you're getting guaranteed nookie with the apt! ;P

No kidding, I was looking at this one place and the quote was 2k a month, I think I need to stop trying to be a baller and try to be sensible. I am now looking to buy a townhouse so maybe that will be better.

It was in the valley but was laid out like a loft with 15 ft ceilings and crap like that.
